If your tank is in the top of the list, you need to lead the attack or the defense. If you're not, is better to support the others.
The turretless(destroyers) tanks are more useful in a safe zone, higher ground in order to have more visibility. Always is better to play in a platoon, because you can be supported by other players and win easily.
